When you feel it..

When you feel happy, share it with people you love.
When you feel pain, distract your mind.
When thoughts rule your mind, keep calm.
When feelings try to rush out, speak your heart out.
When you feel the urge to cry, find a friend to hug.
When your control on words is lost, stop and gulp your anger.
When there's no light to break up the dark, find a hope.
When you feel despair, look back on happier times.
When you see a lost smile, read the eyes.
When you feel loneliness, let music take over.
When you feel empty, let a smile make wonder!
